Getting your utilities connected can be a frustrating process to say the least. If you've just purchased a property you can often get the estate agent that handled the purchase to make the arrangements for connection and necessary name changes for you which is worthwhile as it can be time consuming and complicated and in some cases takes several attempts before you get what you want!
